This policy describes how PaperMC Despawned Items — the plugin, and this documentation site — handles information. It is written to match what the software actually does.

This site requires no account and collects no personal information on a server. Two pieces of shared Fairy Fox state live in your browser's local storage only, and are never transmitted: your reader preferences (theme, accent, text size, spacing, width — the "Aa" menu) and the Fairy Fox coins counter (your coin balance and the record of which pages you've opened today). Both are device-only. You can clear them any time with the reader menu's Reset control, the coins panel's Clear my data link, or by clearing your browser's site data. Coins have no monetary value — see the shared coins explainer.

The plugin, on a Minecraft server

The plugin runs on a server operator's own Paper server. To do its job it stores despawn-location records — a player's Minecraft UUID paired with the block locations they registered — in storage the operator controls (YAML files, SQLite, or the operator's MySQL/MariaDB database, per the server's configuration). Nothing is sent to us: the plugin has no telemetry, makes no network calls of its own, and phones nowhere home. The server operator is the data controller for their server's data.

Third-party services

This site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may log standard request metadata (such as IP addresses) as a processor. The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (part of the shared Fairy Fox site chrome), which exposes your IP address to Google when pages load — flagged here for transparency. The plugin itself may download its declared database libraries (JDBC driver, HikariCP) from Maven repositories at first start on the server, a standard Paper mechanism under the operator's control.

Analytics & tracking

We use no analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising — on this site or in the plugin.
